Hey. Has anyone had the problem putting the Blood Dragon Armor code in? When I enter the code in i get a prompt saying that I'm entering in an invalid code. I have tried putting in dashes to see if that matters but I still get the same message.

Any ideas?

make sure that you are typing into the game, not the dashboard or marketplace

I have this same problem, and I haven't gotten a response from anyone important about it .

Just FYI I had a issue where it told me it was in use in the game the key to claim the armor... and then when I tried to enter it on this website it told me it was invalid. I then returned the game to EBgames and got a exchange and it worked. The place where you guys bought it from was the copy sealed in wrap? or was it open new? if it was open new I'd suggest returning it for another copy.

I entered the code through the game and thats when I got the invalid code message. I bought the game brand new the day it came out so no it wasn't opened. I e-mailed bioware on the 19th and I haven't heard from them yet. I'm a little frustrated right now.....

Uhg thats happened to me too! Its so frustrating. I've tried for hours trying to make it work.

What you have to do is on this website under your personal menu profile- redeem promo code- then type the code in then go to the download content in game and it will show up

Codes can be frustrating..If you've done what the above post stated and it doesn't work.. If it is indeed invalid. The most reasonable and easiest thing usually to do is go back to the store and tell them about it so you can exchange your game.. Sometimes codes get stolen.
