The GPU clock should be at 800Mhz not 775mhz did you downclock it?

No I didn't even touch it I just plugged in the card and installed the drivers everything should be on default since I don't even open the Catalyst Control Center (first time I did it was to give you a print screen of the overdrive) I also think my CPU temp is a bit to high it is rotating between 30-45 degrees Celsius with The Witcher 2 running on ultra settings. Thank you if there is anything else you need me to do to just let me know.

Well something is definitely wrong with your video card, there is no XFX Radeon 6950 running at less than 800Mhz GPU clock speed, I'd RMA it pronto.

What's the warranty on my card? I bought it like a couple of weeks ago and have the reciept do I just take it into the store and they replace it on the spot or do I gotta wait for them to send it away? Cause I don't know how I would survive without a computer lol also is it that bad that my graphics card is at 775? Like what is so bad about it? It seems to be handling The Witcher 2 fine but please explain for me thank you!
