I agree.  The hardcore element of an assasin will be taken away or operative.  Cutting throats with a blade is a better take down as to a lame elctro shock.

I still support a double omni-blade Impale followed by 300 kick to jaw

I support a good ol neck snapper and hold the phone. Remember how you get omni daggers for amalur? Maybe the Infiltrator has two omni daggers

Wow, I think they actually implemented my idea from what I have seen.

How about this, As you charge his melee, he becomes invisible, the camera remains where it was, and then you appear behind the enemy, shoving a blade up his spine, and then the camera just closes in as it finishes, sheperd turns to face his original direction.

That's too awesome....it will never happen.

I'll be happy with the ability to crouch being returned to me (without the cop-out excuses for failing to consider this when designing a level, so it gets disabled at the last moment). Being able to use both combined and separate buttons for run/leap/cover on PC is more important too, as well as having the option to not enter scope mode when you use a power such as incinerate.

Those things are far more important than whatever melee is assigned to Infiiltrator. This is because if I am forced to choose between the best sniper rifle and using shotguns again, I will be doing very little CQC.

OT: Best move Bioware could make is to troll-edit the soldier class so it's the least powerful of all classes. Console loving Frat boys 'round the USA being given a strong incentive to use "that magic class" would provide endless lulz ---- especially when the comments of "I guess throwing those light balls are pretty cool...I guess." start to be come in.
