You'd be amazed at what a huge difference a bra, or even a top, can make.

That's the thing about boobs: they're squishy.  They don't constantly stick in the same position like plastic.  Seriously, they're gobs of fat hanging off the chest.

And it ain't exclusive to FemShep. Just compare ManShep's arm in standard Alliance casual uniform from either ME1 or ME3 (Earth level demo) with this casual outfit from ME2:

^ Pretty much this... though I'll agree that in the wallpaper her armored chest plate is doing some serious separation on her .... that much has to be at the least be somewhat uncomfortable... kinda makes me squirm in my seat at the sight / thought of it.

YES. They are waaaay too thin. They are nothing close to proportional and just look strange on someone who is supposed to very fit. I don't want a beefcake but that does need to be fixed.

I've seen boobs in real life and they are much nicer then how you describe them. Now I just want to go to school early tomorrow and go around punching peoples boobs.

I think that largely has to do with how the chestplate is segmented.  The dark lines and sudden change of material make it look weird.  Get rid of those, and it doesn't look quite as horrifically constricting:

Don't get me wrong, I love my boobs.  But dealing with them 24-7 is a pain in the ass.  Ask any girl, and she will tell you her boobs have pissed her off at least once.
