Well, what you've posted is essentially a typical Dex/Cun rogue. So..... yeah. It's been discussed everywhere.

Only thing I could "critique" is that you have 27 talent points, which is... a lot.

ah...well how many should i count on?

if there is 1 per level and say 23 levels...plus some tomes and some talents from some of the quests i thought it would be about right

That'll basically be your build at level 22, which means you won't be able to use it until the very end of the game, assuming you complete about 80% of the rest of the game, which will take upwards of 80 hours.

Also, I'd make someone else get trap making and you level up poisons since poisons are a must and you already have one talent point in that anyway. Make some party member you won't use, like Zevron, do it.

but do i not need to be skilled at traps to be able to place traps?

and everyone says that traps are necessary to make full use of stealth

You only need 1 point in trap-making to use any trap
