LOL, Has anyone let their game sit for two days straight to see what happens when the timer on the clock at the Project base runs out? I wonder if there's any kind of easter egg...

..... There is. And you don't need to rev your poor system for two days to do it.

You don't have to wait two days in real time. Keep playing the dlc and the timer drops to less about an hour or less.
