Limited dialogue - DLC characters and non-squaddies in general. Even Sebastian in DA2 had way more to say than Zaeed and Kasumi.

I have many concerns about ME3, I'm afraid it's going to be a foreign experience compared to ME2

They say stuff like "Squad mates wont work like they did in ME2" ....it worries me,I know BW will make an awesome experience,I just don't want it to be radically different.

I'll translate that for you: They'll work better because in Mass Effect 2 they were close to retarded.:D

Did I really put that instead of they?

anywho, I meant how they aren't permanent,I want to be able to pick Jack and Grunt every mission like in ME2:bandit:

Kaidan having an Anders moment with my male-Shep. Also the game being nothing but empty promises like ME2.

What empty promises are you talkiing about?

Oh I think it was more general hype than anything in particular. So much hype then you got the game and it wasn't as great as they had implied and they implied a lot. Although their "jokes" seemed like a lot of bull. I guess for empty promieses I should have reffered to Oblivion...

im worried that the tie up loose ends by having you listen to the news on the citadel or something. or that most of the ME2 companions only show up for a brief second like Ashley did in ME2.

Shepard: Jack is that you?

Jack: yeah i grew my hair out

Shepard: ... I should go.

Yep. If Mass Effect 3 fails me I still have BioShock Infinite to look foward to in 2012.

as depressing as it sounds. absolutely. if you dont expect much from anything, you'll never be disappointed

That it is going to be another cheap, generic less-then-steller mainstream 'awesome' and 'cool' pew-pew game.

If it makes for a better story then I don't mind squad mates not being permanent. I think it makes sense that the squad mates aren't with Shepard all the time. They'll be able to get more done out in the galaxy than stuck on the Normandy. Now, this is going to seem like a corny example but I see the squad mates playing a Lando Calrissian role in ME3. You meet up with them at a certain point in the story, catch up (dialogue, romance, etc.), blow stuff up, and then send them to do a specific job against the Reapers.

I'm concerned that it may end up a sloppy rushjob like DA2. The ME team hasn't really disappointed, but I'm a pessimist. Better to expect the worst and be surprised, rather than being really hyped and then disappointed.

It was kinda confirmed it won't be long as ME2, but it was aimed to be beaten in same time.

Pretty sure it was confirmed to be about as long as ME2 but with more replaybility

It is said it's aimed to be long as as ME2. That doesn't ring bell that ME3 is long as ME2.

Also, I'm talking about 1 playthrough length.

Once again, they ARE ALSO talking about 1 playthrough length. The game will also have more replayability than ME2, but the single playthrough length will be around the same.

So optimists gets months of pleasant anticipation and might suffer a couple days disappointment  but likely several days enjoyment while you suffer months of gloomy speculation on the good possibility that you will be pleasantly surprised for a couple days but if you're wrong, you're still likely very disappointed?

I think you're getting ripped off, personally.

I am only worried that I will do my first playthrough too fast. I need to take my time and savor it. As far as worried about anything in the game itself, I am not sure.

Not going to happen.  DA 2 came out not even a year in a half after DAO.  ME 3 will have a similar development time that ME 2 had after ME 1.  I am not even remotely worried that it will be rushed.

My biggest concern is ME3 not being polished enough, like ME1 or DA2.

Ah story elements. We'll that's my translation for gameplay anyway. As for story, while them not being able to be there all the time brings up feelings of uncertanty at least we know that they'll definitely be there. None of the squadmates will be treated like Ashley/Kaidan, Liara (Before LotSB) and Wrex as far as I can tell.

That Legion hasn't learned how to Moon Walk yet.

On a more serious note...

That it doesn't get play tested thoroughly. There are spots in both current games where quick moves near walls or some other objects sends you up into the ceiling. Absolutely frustrating when you have to lose progress because of a bug that gets overlooked.

The possible Multiplayer. If that happens the chances of the game being shorter get bigger. Thats not good, I want it to be at least a 40 hour play through like Mass Effect 2. Also I want them to end the story well and tie up the romances nicely.

That what i concerns also. the time spend on multiplayer could be spent on the story , side mission , and  bugs.

My biggest pet peeve in ME2 is how the elements of the game are structured, for you have to do a couple of recruitment missions and then a mandatory plot mission followed by a couple of recruitment missions followed by another mandatory plot mission. For I would have really enjoyed having Legion for more missions.

So my biggest concern would be that they don't figure out a better way to minimize disk swapping on the 360.

Not getting an aswer as to why Sov attacked the citadel if his buddies can just fly back here.... noone would know the Reapers are coming and Sov and Saren would still be alive and Saren would have his Spectre status allowing him to betray military information.

Oh and Collectors would still be around to help Reapers.

Soveriegn's duty was to open the Citadel to expedite the arrival of his buddies. It's a minor setback and nothing that will stop them.

Not getting that sense of closure they speak about so much. Otherwise, I trust in BW's judgement.

Sov's dead, hard to see a Reaper giving his life when there are more options.... a collector ship would've done nicely during the attack on the citadel too.

You asked why he attacked the Citadel. Not to meta-game unknown options. His sole purpose was to open the relay for his fellow minions to quickly flow through the galaxy in large numbers and commence raising hell with organics. That he failed doesn't mean the Reapers, as a whole, failed. They are slightly delayed in their conquest. Question answered.

My concerns:

1.) A lot of enforced CQC

2.) Not being able to keep the squaddies we want
