What are your biggest concerns in ME3?

Give us a way to save them all! I don't care if we have to make sure a pile of sidequests are done (ala everyone surviving the Suicide Mission) and have to complete a pile of races against time on Insanity difficulty with no weapons while escorting a Salarian juggling Krogan babies, just make it possible.

Let me start off by saying:
The weapons mods, and more constant power evolution's are a tolerable loophole for subverting a plentiful amount of RPG elements, but please be considerate, and generous. We like it, at least, some of us do, but dont forget, we want to micromanage our characters.
Also; Don't left field important characters. Don't reduce their interactions to Zaheed/Kasumi convos about their rooms. I could care less if half of my crew is a combatant now, but keep their flavor alive. I love, LOVE talking to Mordin, I always get a chuckle out of his brazen comments. Don't make me go to Tuchanka to talk to a Krogan, they're awesome, and brutishly funny. Reward us for being friendly towards these powerful characters. I like what I've seen with Legion and Mordin, I really do, more of the squad should be involved in what Shep is doing regularly, please continue it, don't hinder these players in your story!
So long as the armor they own looks like armor and tells who they are (Zaheed, Grunt, Wrex, Tali, Liara, Garrus, Kasumi, Mordin, Morinth, and jack's DLC armor) and doesn't look like it's just a shameless plug of ... well ass and ta-tas, (Miranda, Jack ) the armor can still be sexy but needs to be appropriate ( Morninth with her Asari commando getup). But... like... the points where they traversed into open space areas or atmospherically dangerous points like the Flotilla, or LOTSB they really need full helmets. And just because we ask for armor, it doesn't mean you have to ruin the character's figure to do it (Miranda's DLC) Subtle differences, give human-styled races all hard-suits with the differing pads again, its cliche I know, but ya know what, it worked and looked great. You could still get the figure behind the character and tell they were attractive, and still looked appropriate.
Being able to actually utilize my sniper rifle would be a godsend. And the ridiculous Storm that Shep has, kill it please! Give back the ME2 run it looked so much better than this "Cid Highwind" styled run.
Fluid vehicle segments, I would personally love to terrorize the inside of a cerberus vessel in an Atlas, but it would need to be something Gratifying and important, not like many of the other shameless plug mech segments in other games *cough* FEAR *cough cough*
A brilliant space walk scene would also be welcome! Like A Reaper tears out a bulkhead from the Normandy and Shep gets tossed into space (would need to be in his/her hard suit..(well it is shep)) and then you basically fight your way back in.
Or maybe a Ship-to-ship combat decision based segment using quick time Para/gade trigger pulls, leading to boarding an enemy vessel.
Fun exciting content, stuff that hasn't been done to death in other games! Sure, a rail shooter is nice, from time to time, but don't make it a driving emphasis on a level. Swat-dives and tac-rolls are quaint, please don't make this too dramatically important, I moved fine without it. Don't give us turreted combat more than ONCE per game. Mix it up! I cant stress that enough! Make us have to fight for the survival of the world, make us think outside the box!
I want to feel the fragility of the universe in this game, like you do in the attack on earth; I want to know that this game has been worth my devotion for all these years and you wont forsake me in the final hours.
Don't make a habit of using the "Hammer of Dawn" weapon either. I am one of those players who despised the heavy weapons. They looked forced, felt forced, played tacky and I couldn't take it off. If I couldn't kill it with my powers and weapons, I'd rethink my tactics and come at it another way, it made the fights fun! Don't just force us to advance or flank, make us have to retreat, or make combat choices more consequential; Move this way get stuck, move back more enemies, move forward trap. Make the player fight for every dirty, gritty, painstaking inch...
NOT JUST CHAINSAW THROUGH IT!

Good. Kind of figured you would. That's what you shooter fans do pretty often. I was trying to avoid name calling....calling me a d-bag is childish. I said move along to avoid conflict. Stop trying to sabotage the topic. You and your buddy, who is on your "friend's list", apparently, don't like this topic because rpg fans are voicing concerns and opinions, along with others.

And typcially your outcomes depend on how well you do, not "No matter if you're pathetic at fighting or an utter god, somehow you're always in time to save one but never capable of being in time to save both".

I know. But let's just ignore them from this point. It seems like they just want to sabotage the topic. We were having excellent discussion. Back to that now.

With such obvious hatred for Bioware, EA and any game they make it is beyond me that you even hang around here.
You get this on every fan forum of anything. The greatest game designers in the world all suck, if you read their fan forums. As do all popular filmmakers, who are blatantly incompetant, and anyone who publishes popular fiction as well.

Some form of loss is quite likely, but I'd still like some kind of super-difficult timed-insanity mode superman run that lets us save everyone, rather than the (far more likely) "No matter how long you take or how fast you are when you get to trigger point X suddenly Y happens and you have to choose between outcome A & B, sucks to be you"

It's either there already or it will be. The more success a company or franchise has over an extended period of time, the more it will become a focus of discontent. An example would be the forum for any Blizzard game. Bile all over the place, but every game they make is a huge success.

Absolutely...but the possibility of losing squad members is a key element, imo. The decisions and the gameplay has purpose.
In my Mass Effect 2 Canon, I make no bones about it....Garrus died at the Collector Base. A seeker swarm picked him up, carried him away, and did who knows what to him. And it triggered emotion...I felt sad, like I lost a friend (to an extent....video game wise, the way a story can affect). That's when you know that the characterization is good.
For me, Garrus laid down his life and died fighting the Collectors. For me, in Canon, he won't see the end of the story. But I feel it would be cheating...in my personal opinion for me...to not go by that natural game outcome. Garrus died a hero...and it gave weight to the Suicide Mission. I huge victory...very costly.
I think everyone should be able to live. I also think everyone should be able to die. And a mix, like before. If your favorite member dies, or a good squadmate...you can feel it. What you did had meaning. I wasn't attached at all to Kaiden when he died. Grunt and Jack also died in my story, but Garrus....that hurt. I thought I lost Tali, too, but I caught her.

Like it
Hate it
That's honestly my biggest concern, as I'm seeing that they are fixing problems that were in ME2. And hey, I actually liked ME2 more than ME1 so... Yeah.

Yeah, I took it literal when they said any biotic would do as well. Lost Legion, and was very shocked and very sad. Then I said "Awww helllll naw," and loaded up my last save. No ones taking my best buddy bot.
But I am definitely of the mind that while people should be able to die, they should also be able to not die. Don't force me to fail, Shep's too good for that.

But I guess I can agree,as long as I have the possibility to save everyone, and I'm not forced to make cheap Virmire-esque decisions.

Uh, my comments are justified. If I read something like "You're an idiot" or in Hershey's case, "Get out of this board." I'm going to flame back hard.
