Can tell me why some of the NPCs are hostle towards me. I am Chaotic evil and normally wouldnt care, but I need to talk to Dregun so he will open this gate.

You must have changed factions by some inappropriate action ("inappropriate" as far as the game is concerned, that is).  Sometimes an AoE spell may touch them or you may accidentally force attack. If you kill any of the rats in HotU this will always happen. Alignment has nothing to do with neutral NPCs changing attitude in vanilla v1.69 NWN.  Custom content may handle this differently so I can't comment on those situations.

Write down your current XP number and how much gold in inventory (or stash it all in a chest), take off all your gear and unequip your weapon, then pick a fight with the baddest dog on the block and let them kill your PC.  Once your PC is dead, use the Respawn menu option and all factions should have been reset for you.  Then you can use the console to readjust your XP & gold levels (if you didn't stash it somewhere) back to where it was before the death.

edit:  This will also work if the henchfolk decide to attack your PC.

It may not work for plot NPC however.  Or NPC assigned to custom factions.   If you run into that problem you can try the piece script in the list Here. Just unzip it and place it in your override directory and follow the instructions on the download page.
