I figured id post here since anyone in this side of the forums might actually join a game with custom content.I havent had any players in a long time.6 months or more and i find that nwn players in chat are unwilling to join my server.Ive tried nwn connections ive tried the pw section i just cant get any players.So i was planning on doing a adventure and id like at least two people plus me to join.I think it would be fun because ive come up with several ideas while building areas.

If you dont like the post here just keep it to yourself its not like its going to be erased and i just dont want to hear crying.Sorry if that offends you.Otherwise join and have a good time.Thanks i look forward to dming.

nice link, looks like a pretty server. i have to admit im in the process of understanding this myself in trying to gain players intrest. I find that a reputation along with good interaction with the players, a good storyline, and maybe a few surprises will keep a steady player base.

i for one havent a server setup, but i want to make sure that the players know what theyre getting into before they enter.maybe try making a few friends as well, ive got a few (including myself) who be willing to try a few new servers

i find that also having lots of pictures can say alot how your server looks, but try getting a few in-game interactions. maybe even a "teaser" of a dm plot with an npc speaking to annother. i find that tactics like these can engage players to be curious, but i say this on experience of being a player myself

Hmm, I quoted your original post onto another forum the only reply there was that someone tryed to play but they could not find the server. How often do you have it up? Is it 24/7?

no its not 24 7 just when im home from work and when my pcs on.

hmmm, you should try looking into getting a server. it might be why no one has played in your world lol. its one of the reasons why im on hold with my p.w. Im on the lookout for a reliable network, and id rather not use my pc as a conduit server. but hey, whatever works for ya i guess
