This is pretty much everyone who is alive in my game after ME2 anyway.  I already made my sacrifices during the suicide mission and stick by them.  I would love for Zaeed and Kasumi to have larger parts in the next game.

I've never seen a videogame character (nor any other character, I think) be so universally un-hated. He might not be everyone's favorite, but I've yet to see someone dislike him. It's pretty amazing.

I hated Garrus.  Hate him in the first game, hated him in the second game.  Killed him on the suicide mission.  HATE HIM!

2.) Mordin (if he's even a playable squad-mate..)
3.) Kaidan
4.) Jacob
5.) Miranda

8.) Liara

Wrex would be so at the top of the list if he were to be a squad-mate. I'm doubting Zaeed or Kasumi can be squad-mates but would probably replace Jacob and Miranda with them. Hey I have a soft spot for the Cerberus folks, they need some love too.
