Btw, I didn't add Wrex because he is the leader of an allied faction instead of team member. Believe me, if he wcould be squad member he would on my my team, he is the best krogan ever.

 Why rule no. 3? Fan favorites are the fan favorites for a reason.

This one was actually a tough choice, but I decided that Liara would be more useful elsewhere and for the "A-team" you definitely need people with experience. Miranda is overconfident in my opinion, Tali is too young and her tech skills can be replaced by Legions, who is not driven by emotions (at least to some point), Jacob (who I find dull in most of the cases) is disciplied, and a genius on the team is always welcome.

Thane is labeled as "experienced" but due to his condition it is a risky choice, and so is Zaeed, who's allegiance can be to the highest credit offer.

EDIT: Of course if Wrex would be availble he'd take Zaeed's place. Several decades of being a mercenary/bounty hunter are easily pwned by several centuries.
