I love Bioware, so I make a point to discourage pirating anything they put out. But I'm getting a little angry right now. I have paid for Pinnacle Station 3 times! I love this game and I like to play through it again every now and then, but my old saves are locked until I have both DLC installed. Being the fool that I occasionally am, I go to the EA webiste (the pinn station link from the ME explorer) and there is no record of my previous purchases when I log in. Am I missing something? Is there some way around this? I've paid 2 times too many already, I really don't want to do it again. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you in advance for your time.

Might be a longshot for actual help, but try calling EA store support. Make sure you have the product info and any purchasing info that you hopefully got through your email.
From EA:
Purchased download not visible in Origin
If your newly purchased game is not showing up in your games list when you log into your Origin tool, it doesn't mean you haven't purchased the rights to download it. It just means that your order is still processing.
1.Verify that your payment has successfully processed by going to http://origin.com/ and clicking the Customer Service link at the top of the page.
2.You should then be directed to the Store Support page where you should be able to click on the "View recent order history and purchase details" link, under the Order Details header.
3.If you are not logged in already, you will be prompted to do so. Once your payment has processed, your items will be visible here.

A rep on EA's online chat added Pinnacle Station to my Origin account the other day, they'll definitely do that for you. If you need help with Bring Down the Sky you're pretty much screwed as far as I can tell though. They keep telling me to try activating it again in a couple days and that eventually the key they gave me will work.
