Here is a link to a guy who reviewed DA2 and it captures my thoughts exactly. Additionally, it's absolutely hilarious. Enjoy!

I was surprised he didn't bring up waves and reused environments.

Inaccuracies and blatant lies (Game mechanics), hyperbole, juvenile swearing and blatant rage issues.
That's a review? Honestly? Overblown rage fest more like.

Pretty much this.He blames the gametrailers review and calls it a lie because their opinion was different than his(and mine). Too childish for me.

So basically, it's the BSN. Eh, I can do without.

In addition to the same bunch of complaints we've read for months (Including the blatantly made up ones) being rehashed in a worse way than any DAII enviroment.

Yup. That's it. That's definitely it. We all just wanted another Origins.

Based on this piece of trash talk, this guy was crying over the sacred cow called Origins being slaughtered. And I though DAII's waves and enviroments were repetetive and annoying. Bah!

I don't think it was as bad as the entree he used metaphorically, but Dragon Age 2 did seem like they were stepping back from what Bioware is known for which is there character development.
Well, based off interviews, the developers seem to be taking in our comments in regards to what we did not like in the last game. I just hope they really change this not being able to talk to NPCS thing in both ME3 and DA3.

Who'd have thought it. All the fanboys/girls come rushing in and write pathetic excuses to why this guy is, to them, wrong. I'm not saying he's wrong or right, but seriously? He's too emotionally involved in games? That's what you're saying now when people dislike Dragon Age 2? C'mon now...
My issue is not that this guy dislikes DAII, for heaven's sake. It's the tone that makes the music and you calling people names is not helping.
I have read some critical reviews of DAII that were excellent.
This guy behaving like an entitled brat is not. And if those who dislike DAII feel well represented by this pile of trash talk, blatant lies and rage issues, they have lost a ton of my respect.

Not when people dislike it just when they're crying about it months later. But just saw it was uploaded in April so maybe he swiftly got over it unlike a lot of people.

Hit the nail on the head with not being able to talk to your teammates and NPCS. It creates a barrier between connecting to your characters and more importantly, the world you are playing in.
You know, "being able" to talk to teammates and having to click "Never mind" because I've run out of dialogue does just that. And then they tag along silently for half the game, unless you metagame. In DAII, companions speak up a lot more and their dialogue is spread out decently. Was there too little? Hell, yes, I want more than what we got & Bioware listened & released Legacy rather than a DAO DLC copy where the companions say little to nada.

He has a point tho: if in making a sequel you find yourself removing things, instead of adding them, that should be a red flag.
This I understand to a degree, even though Bioware told us most of the changes/removals. I knew I'd not be able to play Dress Up The Dolly with my companions way before the release. (I can now, YAY Mods!)

We will continue to see games being diluted to the point of being universally appealing until no true genres exist. Every game will be an amalgam of perfunctory banality with infinite cross-over appeal and no identity. Music, movies and now games. All perverted by the lure of money from the mouth-breathers who mocked the industry for the last 20 years as being for 'nerds.' Now you perpetuate the accommodation of these same people into our midst by praising the moronification of the last bastion of intellectualism in gaming; The RPG. I hate the stupid, as they outnumber me and control the world.
Burn in hell, all of you.

I didn't have much of an objection to this until the item packs, since 2/3rds of them are rendered totally useless in every playthrough. They looked pretty good too so letting the companions equip them as alt. outfits would have been welcome.

Whatever, it's funny and I feel it's pretty damn accurate. I kind of hate everyone who still defends this game. It's because of you that we're going to continue to get a game market saturated with streamlined, slimmed/watered/dumbed down cash grabs. DA 2 is a symptom of the disease of stupidity sweeping game development. It was bound to happen, of course. What with the average IQ being 100 and video games becoming a mainstream revenue machine.

You hate everyone who "still" defends this game. Huh, now that will totally ruin my day.
Dumbed down, watered down blabla....yet you think trash talk, rage issues and entitlement make a good review. Ah, the irony.
RPGs aren't sacred and holy, how about accepting that? Seriously, curb the rage and do something...I dunno..productive rather than calling people names and other such delectable, intelligent behavior?

If you are on the PC, I can link you to at least two mods that will allow this & more.

Thanks but I'm not on the PC unfortunately, if you have any screenshots of the DLC stuff on the companions though that would be cool. How does rogue armour work on Varric?

Yeah, because writing on a forum defending A GAME day in and day out is productive...
