Samara- Will die saving the innocent most likely

Thane - Dying anyway. I predict he will go out in a bad ass way, hopefully in a one on one mach with Kai Leng. Assassin vs Assassin

Vega - late joiner. He will have to do something to prove himself.

Possibly Jacob - Idk why. he just seems like he'd die to buy you time or something.

I disagree with Mordin tho. He will die with a smile on his face in his sleep after his final musical performance with an audience full of Krogans cured from the Genophage.
