I wouldn't call two years short, especially if one already has a working engine.

I don't remember them being guaranteed but we should be able to see and interact with at least one female Turian and Salarian come on! I'm on the boat of they'll look pretty much like their male counterparts with the exception of height, color scheme, and voice pitch difference but I'd like to see one and know via interactions I am seeing one. Talk about hilarious scenes if say Shep thinks a Turian is a he and says something that anger her and she explains just how mistaken shep truly is!

Turian women aren't allowed outside.

I think RPGs should have around a three year dev time, look at the jump from ME1 to ME2, it'd be awesome if they did that jump again but because it has a shorter dev time we won't see that. At anyrate, how do rationalize not creating a female model for one of the primary species in the game? I mean they've had since ME1. Which came out in 07, if I remember correctly.

I never expected to see a salarian female, since I think they stay on the homeworld/colony worlds and are outnumbered by male by like 1000 to 1 or something crazy like that. In fact I thought we'd see a female turian long before we saw a female krogan.

Salarian women might be quite different than salarian men from my mipression, but I think your right that turian women would just be a slight model change and female voice actress.

Any homeworld of any species we go to, we should see both sexes. Otherwise it makes no sense.

I was really hoping that we'd get a plotline involving Garrus's sister out on the turian world, trying to get her out in time. And if anyone says "we still could, he'd want revenge after she got killed,' I say bull - no resonance because we haven't met her. We feel bad for Garrus, we feel nothing for Solana.

I'd like to see the Vakarians at least. They're part of Garrus's story, and it seems like with his family is the most likely place he would be if we have to go recruit him again, considering his mother's health and all.

Two words:

Axlotl Tanks.

We already kinda got those with tank-born krogan.  They even call them "tank mother" though it's not so literal.

It's got none of the sociological and cultural impact of Axlotl Tanks.

I feel that with the Asari being some super mega ultra Bene Gesserit, there has to be some horrific female exploitations somewhere to balance it off. Maybe with the Salarians instead of the Turians. Salarian females are never seen off their homeworld, no? And Salarians are master geneticists, no? Perhaps that's their secret. Perhaps that will finally give me a reason to dislike Salarians - otherwise they are just too awesome IMO.

disapointing. I never cared much for female Salarians, but I did want to see a female Turian. Considering, lore-wise, they should be as common as males, it's already odd that we haven't seen one. Going to their home planet/moon and not seeing any won't make much sense at all.

Krogans have a princess now? That really doesn't seem to fit with their culture.

No, they don't.  It's just a name stemming from a misconception that stuck.

It's not a princess that's a internet slang, Casey Hudson commented about it in a live demo interview, also be happy you're getting children and a female Krogan and don't get your hopes up, we don't know what we'll see on Palaven and afaik female Salarians are a rare sight, just like Drell females being practically bunkered on the Harnar homeworld.

From a lore standpoint, it's understandable that Salarian females haven't been seen. The lack of Turian females is a joke. Given what we know of Turians, their females are equals in their society. It's not believable that we've never seen a Turian female in the ME series. Turian females should be has prevalent as Human females have been.

especially in the third game in which the species will play larger roles.

Do they?

Not going to comment on the specifics... but I think you're making some assumptions here.

Uh, I freaking hope so, seeing as it's supposed to be a GALACTIC CONFLICT.

Are you implying otherwise? Because if so, believe me, I don't need to spend another $60 on a video game about humans.
