contact ea.com support, because it sounds like a password error on your account. You may try resetting your password to see if it fixes the issue, using no special characters such as @#$% and only letters and numbers.

not sure if this is you issue, but it was mine: i had an expired credit card # that had been saved. store acted like it was an issue on their end ('an error has occured, try back later') but it was my stuff that was goofy. dunno if that helps.

This question was not about a game problem, as such. There are forums for both discussing SITE problems, and for POINT problems, but as already pointed out, the forums are where gamers come to look for suggestions from other gamers, and EA is where to go for OFFICIAL support.

You'll need to look under help, and then Bioware Game Support. This leads you to ea's official game support site.
