I cleared my cache for the first time in a while and now I can't log into BSN. It tells me my log in information is incorrect. When I click the "forgotten password" link, it asks for my email address and then tells me that an email has been sent. I haven't recieved the email and it's been over 24 hours now. When I attempt to use the support page, it requires me to log in to my account. Really?! I had to use a different account to post this. Any ideas as to who I would contact/pm to get this sorted out?

Well, I got my original account back. I have to say that EA support were great during this. The person handling it kept me informed constantly of where we were at. It took a great deal of patience on his part but he got it sorted out. A big Thank You to Harold E of EA support.
