Honestly, in my opinion Thessia is not that great of a concern.

There are plenty of other planets in the galaxy that are 10 time better than Thessia in terms of habitability.  Just because the Asari are adaptive does not mean the planet is.   Heck in real life there are tones of exoplanets that are probably more suitable for rich sources of resources than Thessia.   I mean why mine Titanium, Plantnium, Iridium,  Tugnstun, Sodium, Copper, Ytterbium ore when their is a perfectly good real life planet that has it in its upper atmosphere.

You don't even have to be on the planet to collect just still some kind of filtration device near it.

I'd agree on the peaceful, but I'd like an explanation for "better". The only thing Asari are surely better than humans is biotics, and it doesn't matter much in terms of military power, given the fact that the main peacekeeping role was assumed in the centuries by the Krogans, the Turians (and in a minor way, the humans).
Plus, given the growth of humanity in less then an hundred years (though I'd admit that it's a bit ridicolous rate) I woudn't define the humans as "stupid".

Stabbing your allies in the back whenever it's convienent is a good way to end up with a united galaxy... just... united against you.

All alliances must end some day. Many are made specifically to be ended at the most opportune moment.

Read history.

None of these remotely support the imperialist position you think the Systems Alliance should take in the post-war period.

The last four are closer to what Shepard is trying to build in ME3: a multi-national effort to achieve a strategic objective. The third was attempting to contain trouble in ones "backyard", which the Systems Alliance was partly created to do. The second was closer to what Shep did in some of the side quests in ME1 (Cerberus, biotic terrorists, etc. acting up in Alliance territory or threatening Alliance interests). And the first example was the result of an act of war (See: First Contact War).

Do you work for the State Department by any chance? I heard there are internship positions for junior propagandists there. No wait, don't apply. Do standup comedy instead.

Go on. Wallow in your self-hatred more. Your misery sustains me.

Yes, taking out Asari is the first step towards cleanse the universe of all non-human sentient beings, we should also make pact with the Turians and Salarians to share former Asari space. This not only divides our enemy but seed excuses for when we are ready to destroy Turians and Salarians. Furthermore, we should promote this as a clash of civilization at home, because how else can we galvanize people into action. Racial hatred can persuade the common man, while economic gain can interest richer folks. You should even introduce rape as a benefit for combat soldiers, increase male human enlistment.

There is just one problem with the OP's power trip.  With the Mass Relays gone, travel to Thessia will take a very long time, probably more than a 100 years.  In which case, by the time the OP arrives with his army of humans at Thessia, they will all likely be dead of old age.  In which case, the asari will just toss the useless human corpses out the airlock and take control of the ships.  No wait, after 100+ years in space, even the ships will be literally falling apart (assuming they have not already fallen apart) and will be completely obsolete.  In that case, the human corpses will go out the airlock and the armada will go to the scrap metal yard.  Bonne chance!

Destroy a planet full of blue and willing hot babes?

Scipio the African, wouldnt approve.
Cato the Elder, wouldnt approve.
Cato the Younger, wouldnt approve.
Cato, Inspector Clouseau's manservant, wouldnt approve, although Inspector might.
I dont approve either but let me know if Thessia is populated by lawyers, i might change my mind.

LOL.
