Pure out of curiosity, but Shepard can enter the opposite genders bathrooms, and EDI will make a remark. Does that mean the decisions is rememberd and transferd to ME3?

EDI probably tells you she's surrendering the Normandy to the Reapers because you did that, waits a few seconds, and then announces, "That was a joke."

I think it will affect the main story, because of this Reaper-looking shape in graybox. The Alliance had done some experiments...

Choices that will probably have minor impacts on the game:

I'll add also fate of data from Cerberus agent (sent to Aliiance, to Cerberus or keeping to yourself)

Well i sent that data to the Alliance, but now i'm not so sure it was the right move. I knew i wasn't gonna send it to Cerberus, but now i'm thinking it would probably be best to hold on to it.

personally Im most concerned about how the rachni and collector base could affect ME3. I've heard that the rachni could become a problem depending on certain choices. I have a hunch that cerberus might try to like harvest the rachni and controll them like in ME1 and then use them to fuel a reaper.

thoughts? or am I over thinking it
