I created a special DM Item which will allow them to apply Almost Any Feat to an item (In Game), however NOTE that you must have the 2da File In your "override" folder for this system to work properly!

It is compatible with CEP btw, and will not cause any issues on your server.  (Report back if you have any issues)

You may want to include the 2da in a download for your players so that they can see the properties on the items!
(Be sure to tell your players that it goes in their "override" folder!)

UPDATED: I reworked this and put it in one item, my new Forge, which works from one tagbased item, this way the DM can access all of the properties in the game (still working on the forge, but please report back any issues you find, thanks!)

(This one is located on the nwvault, it is the 2nd download, not the first with 99 downloads, that's an actual real forge, this is a newer version!)

I integrated the Forge into The New PC Wand, so you can test that version out and tell me what you think, which was where I was originally planning on putting the revised forge anyway, so now you get the finished version of the forge (before bug fixes) in the new PC wand, which is really awesome to say the least!

I'm tied up on my 169 custom spell system project big time, so I don't have time to playtest for bugs/issues...

I checked most of the properties, didn't see any errors before I uploaded it, so I posted it, but your help would be highly appreciated in catching any bugs/issues the item has..

(Don't forget to put the 2da in your "override" folder!)

As an added bonus, if you playtest this Item for me & report back the bugs/issues you find, I'll give you a special module which has never been released to the public, it's called "Uberlicious" and it's strictly for making uber toons & items in game.

OK, I found some mistakes, got those fixed, will upload the update after I get a report back...

(Noticed there were 2 options for Improved Spell Resistance, reduced to 1 (under monk))

In fact, I've decided to make New Content (well an updated edition of my old content that is)

Basically I'm making 2 new modules with scripted items in them...
(Don't know if anyone is familiar with my work or not)

(This will include all of my updated work, A LOT, including the new 1.69/CEP (all editions) PC Wand)
(The new PC Wand will be freaking loaded with great content from me & other builders, to give the PCs an awesome tool to access various options (a lot) to perform various task from emotes, fast buffing, crafting, forging, and more!)

These two projects are going to take me all of a month, though I'm almost done with the DM items (90%), I will squeeze in the Custom Spell System in between. (About 60+% done with the Custom Spell Sytem)

If anyone wants to sign up for testing, please by all means list yourself here, or send me a private message so we can get started, these are huge & important projects with "high quality" content included.

Thanks Anthony, I'm honored mate, yeah I get burned out too.

I come back from time to time, when life permits me, to pick back up where I left off.
(Good thing I keep lots of backups of everything)

BTW I decided to redo my Forge completely, which would include all of these feat properties btw, just for kicks...
When I'm done I'll post the new Forge on the vault & on here too...  (It will be top notch)
I should be done with it by tomorrow, hopefully...  (I'm at script # 350 now, whoosh!)
This forge is definitely going to be a doozy! whoohoo!

OK There is forge I promised, it has the special feats fixed, (hopefully), but I'm still working on finishing, I have tested most of it, but still need to finish the "spell" properties, like cast spell, on hit cast spell, etc...

NOTE: This forge is 100% compatible with all of my work, so you won't need to rewrite anything when importing!
(Don't know if it's 100% compatible with your module though, depends upon how you wrote your scripts)

I added On-Hit Cast Spell & Immunity to Spell (specific) properties (an fixed the missing Property Regeneration)
Should be most properties except Cast Spell Property (too much coding & conversation for me!)...

I chose to leave out a few spells in the On-Hit Cast Spell & Immunity to Spell for obvious reasons (laggy or inappropriate for the PC, uber stuff was still left in, like OnHit Implosion, just for the sake of inclusion)

A lot of properties are uber, obviously, so you will have to take the time to "hide" lines you don't want a PC or even a DM accessing... (yeah, I just don't want On-Hit Slay in ANY module I ever build, sorry)

(After 6 days of very intensive coding & writing conversations, I need a short break, whoosh!)
