Not for me, sorry.

Phew, for I thought the BSN went completely crazy. Some of the ideas I've read lately are way too extreme, even for renegade Shep. Taking advantage of a weak alien species that you may or may not have weakened, that's renegade. Actively trying to get an entire race exterminated so you can take their resources, not only is that not renegade it's implausible and ridiculous. It just seems like people want human dominance in the most extreme way.

Human dominance is a noble goal for a human. However, several of the threads in question are blatant attempts at trolling, though, by people insincerely claiming to have humanity's interests at heart, when really they're just throwing gasoline and matches around.

What is more disturbing is the number of people who consistently and sincerely wish to destroy our species because of perceived evils.

Edit: For the record, I want to save both Thessia and Earth as well. I just want to save Earth more than I want to save Thessia.

Indeed. But it doesn`t change the fact that is weird.

as well as Palevan, Tuchanka, etc....  If possible I will save what I can and only sacrifice a world if deemed necessary to stop the reapers.  That is the only  reason to sacrifice any world but that also means Earth is fair game if it stops the reapers.

A galaxy without humans is not a galaxy worth saving. Remember that my boy.

The galaxy was doing fine before humans showed up.

If the reapers aren't stopped you lose humanity anyways.

Sacrifice one planet? Give the Quarians their homeworld back....then direct the Reapers to it. There, I just made a sacrifice for the good of the galaxy.

Reaper extinction cycles for millions of years without end disagree with you.

Oh snap, that was a burn about a burn,it was a second degree burn!

Seriously though,he has a point, though it is largely due to the protheans, humanity has the best shot of putting the galaxy in position to beat the reapers.

idk why people assume there will be a choice; Humans vs Asari, Turians/Solarians vs Krogan, Geth vs Quarians, Volus/Elcor vs Batarians/Vorka. While such choices might be interesting, I sense that we are only going to have to worry about organizing an offensive to save Earth or Sol system. I'd like to make the most virtuous choice (in at least one play through). But seriously, given my likelyhood of playing dozens of times, I will explore almost every option. Only thing certain is my dominance wrecking enemies (even if all my shep has is a slingshot).

Only if there was no other way, and even then simply because we still have our colonies, however small, so it would not necessarily imediately cause our extinction.

Still, if the option is Earth vs the Galaxy, and you don't choose Earth, you are a traitor.

Really?  That's quite naive.

Supposing a more real world scenario, if you could save everybody in your country while every other human on Earth died, or sacrifice the people of your country and save everybody else on Earth, what would you do?

I wouldn't mind if a few Asari or Turian or Human or Salarian colonies get destroyed but the home-worlds must be saved. They are more than a piece of rock, they are a symbol.

Where is everyone getting the idea that we'll have to decide between Humans and Asari? I can understand Geth/Quarian and Salarian/Krogan, but Human/Asari? There's never been a war between them that I recall.
