At what point did I revolve this around me and my lover? Wait, scratch that, I'm not going to even acknowledge that retarded comment.

Well I'm going to put in my small contribution. Hate and fear may drive some innovations, but they are ultimately self-destructive. Love brings ppl together and builds monuments that endure.

I met my sweetie in a play we were both involved with. We have been together longer than most of you have been alive. Attraction brought us together, and grew into love, that with work and time grew into a very deep and lasting love. We have known each other most of our lives now, and will be celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary this year. (O.O I know, right? :P)

That said, I have met some very nice ppl on bsn, some of whom I would be happy to call friend in the "real" world. (Others I just don't know well enough yet.) And one who is becoming a very dear friend.

Also sorry to the above, I can't help it, given I'm related to trolls, or rather mongols, and the Goths, among other war like people, we prefer the simplier things of raiding and burning all in front of us like a drug crazed Viking.

Can you say verbal wankery? <_<

Ken: "Love? LOVE?! Bah! Nonsense!! Let's enjoy lingering on suffering instead!"

Are you a sadist per chance?

I think Richard Lovelace would be appalled by some of the comments here. For those not in the know, he was a most manly man.

Well, like I said, I wish I did have an inspiring story of love and all that, but I don't. It is good to know that some people are happy out there.

I remember the first time that I thought I was in love in this site. It was when a charming spambot sent me a private message.
"How are you today?
My name is blessing, i saw your profile here today and it was interested and nice. I think we can click and become friends i will like you to reply me back through my email address (blessingndadaye@hotmail.com) for more introduction and exchange of pictures if you don't mind. I am waiting to see your reply.
Yours blessing"
I was totally going to respond, but than I saw that she had posted the same message on the comments section of over 10 groups.  You harlot, I thought you were special. :crying:

Yes! I love the love except most of it in a figurative sense.  A game of passion, apathy, virtue, vice, self-fulfillment, self-destruction, self-blame, self-righteousness,  greed and self-sacrifice. What could be could be more ... love?
