Very good point (one of the many reasons I adore Mass Effect and femshep.. can play a non sexualized female character)... and in fact, come to think of it... I can't think of ANY game that had a major cinematic trailer with a female lead character that wasn't flaunting T&A of said lead character all over the blasted screen.... if femshep did show up in a full Blur-style cinematic trailer, I think it would be (one of) the first ever. 

Shame it still won't happen though... blegh.  ... but, I'll be content to get an official femshep trailer regardless, even if it's just in-game engine stuff.

EDIT: unless... unless... nooo.. they wouldn't..... would they? I mean.... would they skank-up femshep for a full cinematic trailer?.... no... never... no.... would they? Oh heavens help me now I'm scared. 

If they'll show it in PAX, CGI is out of the question.

Then again, in game trailer is also unlikely at PAX since voting stops there.

Nah, you can't just swap models in a rendered CGI trailer. It doesn't work like a game engine. The other huge issue is Femshep has a thing called 'hair'. That may not seem like a big deal, but that needs to be animated too. Things that just can't be swapped around in a big budget CGI extravaganza.

But, an ingame trailer could be awesome with some time spent. They've got plenty of their own assets- but it'd be ingame.

Hair does not need to be animated FYI.. its simulated with physics.

I wouldn't mind seeing more CGI.. even if its mixed like the "assassin" trailer for ME2 where a high poly Thane is voicing over some ingame shots. Love seeing how Thane's skin probably should have looked.

And it's doubtful that it'll be at the 2 upcoming UK events either seeing as they aren't far behind PAX

Sure, why not? Might be the only time Bioware makes the hair right...(able to move). I dont think I ever play her since I never have yet or desire to, but, if she's a cute red head in the trailer, I'll watch. Bioware needs to do a CG movie for Mass Effect... I still remember the amazing trailer with Jack and those juicy lips... Oh...I mean...all the trailers they've done so...nah, that was about right...

I'm just curious.  Considering the fact that Bioware is going to so much trouble to create a default FemShep look that looks like it could be a full Cinematic Render.  Just because this is the last hurrah of Shepard for ME3 would you be interested in them rendering their full cinematic in both Fem and Male shep?  Would you be more interested in two different trailers.  Maybe some other types of trailers?

Just once I'd like to see a full cinematic (as in full high end rendering non-ingame footage) Femshep trailer since this is the last hurrah of Shepard.  They are gonig to do the normal one anyway.  How hard can it be to just sub in a Femshep and render it twice?

Anyway I just would love to see Femshep like that.  Would you guys be interested alos?  Perhaps if we get enough hits we can get Chris, David's and the marketing department's attention.

I don't even like seeing sheploo's ugly dork face. much less some teenage girl shepard they picked for femshep. If it's not my Shepard - It's not Shepard. Mine is the true face and all others are posers!!!

I was of the understanfding we were going to get that regardless for femshep, not just ingame preset but also box art and trailers for her. I was pretty sure that is what they promised from the beginning.

We have two to blame for that.

I remember several years back som mingers where protesting Lara Crofts looks, i never heard anyone complain about Vanderloo's face.

Look at this sexy beast. No dude is going around complaining that he looks too good to be a soldier, that he's skanked up.

Whatever their job is, a womans still a woman, army chicks DO make-up when offduty, they DO dance and they DO wear sexy clothings. What's wrong with doing your job and looking good? Does everyone have to be ugly so some people don't feel offended? This coming from an avarage looking person.

Well we were promised a trailer bu not the context of the trailer.  A cinematic one will be awesome. However a recent tweet by David suggests it will be a gameplay trailer.
