Just tryed, got the error. And I'm not going to get them from Origin, as they are £3 more on there. £13 From BSN and £16 from Origin. Not going to happen.

Have been trying to buy the From the Ashes DLC for a day now. Using PayPal, I get stuck with the loading animation after confirming my address. I get no error message, but it had been loading for almost a day so I figured something was wrong. I've tried going to downloadable content through both the game menu and the origin store and had the same problem. Is it normal that it takes so long to load or is there something wrong?

You can try sending a PM to Jeff Roussel or Jesse.Reid (both had been absent from the forums a couple of months, but one, at least, showed up again).

All of the Social Forums are gamer to gamer interaction.  There's never been much of any Bioware participation outside of the Forum Site Help forum.

Both the NU2010 error on the origin client, and the "Authorization failed" using the origin store website....

Thing is..the real kicker:
I bought 1600 points over the origin client a few days ago using my card...everything works.
Next day i try to buy another 1200 points, failed with the NU2010 error.
Next day i try to buy 400 points, fail, then a bit later succeed.
Next day i try buying another 800 more, fail. And am still failing.

So the card is NOT the issue as IT JUST WORKED AND THERE WAS NO DAMN PROBLEM!!!
And its not funds problem, i just added MORE money onto the card and triple checked, there's more then enough to buy 800 points.

How can something so stupid happen?
I called support ofc..after using live chat which was alas useless ofc, they gave me a number to call.
Called, they said i have to wait for a email from the senior team on the matter.. its been...over four days now, still nothing.

Whats up EA? Want my money so bad you screw over half of Mass Effect (and the whole ending) but now you don't want it? Make up your bloody minds!!!

I have tried many time to buy and download some ME3 DLCs, alas I keep getting a "general error" message. I have also tried getting in touch with customer services multiple times throughout the week to no avail. I have tried various payment methods, but unfortunately that doesn't seem to work and the lack of customer is really not helping either. Therefore, I am at somewhat of a lose end in regards to what to do. :/

I did the stupidest thing ever and I'm going to cry right now D:
I tried to by 800 bp here, on points.bioware and with origin but they all said that there's an error. But now turned out that they DID tool my money from the cc from all the time i clicked "continue" and didn't even give me any points!

Please, if anyone can help me, say where can I ask for returning my money and is it even possible.

I cannot purchase Bioware points from Trinidad. The drop down box on the Origin Store for payment only allows payment from the United States or Canada. What the hell, I paid for the Mass Effect game, and a big part of that game is the DLC Content, and I am blocked from buying that content?

Why is that? I also cannot use Paypal to purchase Bioware Points.

Is this DLC content essentially locked to United States and Canada only? In fact the entire offering of DLC and other content from Bioware? Without Points you can't even buy Spectre Packs etc. fro the Multiplayer. What's happening here?

I have some kind of the same problem.

It has been 2 days now that i bought 400 points (with paypal because with visa cards sseems to be impossible).
But when i go to purchase with those points a dlc for dragon age 2, the page after the "complete purchase" button does says: "Oops! The page you are trying to access is not available.
This is typically due to an incorrect URL or old content."(with an EA logo on the top)

also posted on the Answer HQ but no responses from staff or anything

No idea what your meaning might be with regard to "from staff"; when it comes to anything of Bioware's, there ain't no such critter at AHQ, same as not in most of BSN from day one. The Official Support is EA Help, always has been for Draon Age.

Seems to be more than a few experiencing this "Oops!" page when trying to Confirm Purchase on a DLC at the moment. Perhaps it's an EA server issue. Unusually high number of folks reporting it on the Origin forums atm I think.

EA support has, in my past experience, been utterly, catastrophically useless.

Also trying to buy 800 points so that I can get the From the Ashes DLC and failing - "You've experienced error code NU2001" or something about a general error. I've just started playing ME3, and I'm loving it, but I'd like to get the full experience. Slightly amazed that I can't get EA to take my money. That isn't usually the problem.
