I please...Bw give us Conrad as Normandy Member, not ass full Squad member... but still as crew, I would love to talk to him after every mission. Would be so awesome!.
If u finished a mission on the renegate way, he could flame on you telling its not right..until shep just kick him in the crown juwels, with a funny line like

We might need a new personal assistant. Conrad Verner could take over Kelly's job. He could ask you if you need help and it's up to you if you want to accept. It would be stupid to make him a squad member, that would turn the game into a joke. But a personal assistant like Kelly - if written well I think it could pass....

On my first playthrough of ME1, I was convinced that he was secretly like a Cerberus agent or something that was just acting dumb to fool Shepard. Whereas I started out being nice to him, towards the end I kept wondering when he was gonna show up and stab me in the back. Even going into ME2, I wasn't sure that he wasn't going to turn out to be some type of black ops agent until I finally met up with him on Illium. Until then I was sure something was up with Conrad. Apparently I was just paranoid.
Would be funny to have him stay in the cockpit with Joker who would mercilessly belittle him.

Yeah, pretty much this.
Although, it would be slightly amusing if it turned out he was some kind of deep cover black op. It would be lame but funny, at least the first time. Then it would just be lame.
