How do I sleep with fenris and anders while not having merrill dump me?
My mage wants to sleep with Fenris and give him to Danarius.
Sleep with Anders and break up with him cause he hates blood magic then end up with Merrill.

Go to Fenris first, then Anders (Drop him) then Merrill last.

I don't know, I'm not sure its possible to romance one person, then sleep with 2 more and end up with the original romantic partner.
It seems more possible to hold off flirtation with Merrill (so you don't trigger her scene) till you've accomplished sleeping with the other two. Then flirt with her (I did in the scene following when I wouldn't give her the arulin'holm).
I started off romancing Issy, the romance was active (Leandra mentioned her in a convo) and then flirted with Merrill and it immediately cut off the Isabella romance, and I completed the game with Merrill.
It even added an addtional rather poignant banter between Isabella and Merrill about Hawke and their feelings for him, but aside from that, it was pretty much the same the rest of the game as if I had romanced only Merrill (in regards to convos with Isabella).
*Fiery dove has the right of it, make Fenris your first conquest, since if you sleep with Anders or Merrill, he won't sleep with you after*

I'm not sure, I haven't done the Anders romance. If that's a deal breaker for him, I guess it would be possible to end the romance that way (broken heart symbol response).
Both Fenris and Anders would have to be done early enough in Act 2 so you can also trigger the Merrillmance.

Yep just do it in that order. Fenris is sensitive to you sleeping with anyone else, so he has to be first.
