I just started a new game and arrived in the Fort Locke area. As soon as I moved a bit up the road a cut scene showed with that mysterious elven girl watching me, Kelgor, and Neeshka(who I hadn't met yet) walking down the road. I immediately appeared in Fort Locke standing next to Neeshka. So I started talking to her and she acted like she was in the party already even though she wasn't. At any rate I went around outside of the Fort where those guards are normallly supposed to be harassing Neeshka. The cut scene starts except Neeshka wasn' there. She was talking from inside the Fort where I last saw her. It didn't break the game but very odd.
Interesting bug with Neeshka

I'm glad it didn't break. After looking into many script bugs in the OC (+MotB+SoZ) there are many, many uhm anomalies.
Everything from scripts blatantly missing to noob mistakes like " = " instead of " == "
sometimes i'm tempted to organize, document, and zip up my entire Override /exaggeration.
Thx fer the headsup!

Indeed - the only reason that dragons don't play their wing-buffet animation in the game is because of a single asterix in one of the scripts that shouldn't be there. It's such an awesome animation too (I fixed the script here).

I'm just curious why is it that things like this are never fixed by the developer? That's something that, IMO, never should have been made it past their QA.

They may not have fully implemented dragon abilities like wing-buffet or tail-swipe, perhaps due to time constraints. The scripts for those abilities in the toolset might just be leftovers from NWN1. Although someone went to the trouble of creating the animations for the NWN2 models (thankfully).

research: Tholapsyx herself has the scripts w/ additional DragonAI. WRFan has noted and corrected some issues ..
The *rumor* is Obsidian was rushed to release NwN2 well before it was ready. i mean, the more ya look the more obvious ...Emeraq wrote...

Rushed to release? It's understandable that they had to rush to get it done. Years later, and still not done? lol
