I've gone everywhere on the list and more, about 4 times each now. I'm not getting "Area Unlocked (Name)" anymore because I unlocked everything. I make it to the Archdemon and still nothing. What now?

It's been a long time so I don't remember where the achievement pops (though PS3 users have 'trophies', correct? Same thing really.). It's just that I am wondering whether there's the bit after the Archdemon fight which counts towards it. If it does, then you haven't technically set foot in all areas. If not then it could be a glitch (in which case other PS3 owners could assist you on that).

This trophy is somewhat misleading because you do not in fact have to step foot in every area of the game, here is a definitive list of the places you need to go, in my opinion the easiest one to miss is the "Warden's Cache," I missed it on my first playthrough, but confirmed this list and got to trophy on second playthrough:
Redcliffe:
Blacksmith's home
Dwyn's home
Kaitleyn's home
Kaitleyn's home, second floor (ask the boy what he was doing there)
Tavern
General store
Denerim:
The Pearl
Gnarled Noble Tavern
Wonders of Thedas
Warden's Cache (ask Riordan after finding his documents when freeing Anora)
Wade's Emporium
Dirty Back Alley
Rundown Back Streets
Dark Alley
Orphanage in the Alienage
Lothering:
Dane's Refuge (this is the tavern where you meet Leliana)
Haven (both of these are easily missed):
Haven house near the entrance
Haven General Store (at the top of the hill)
Orzammar:
Proving Grounds (in the Commons)
Shaperate (in the Diamond Quarter)
Janar Armorers
Figor's Imports (Unlocks after choosing the new king)
Final Battle:
Fort Drakon rooftop
The trophy always pops on the Fort Drakon rooftop (as stated by caradoc2000)
