Game of thrones level sex scenes. I was a little surprised that they'd show so much. I expect a lot from international films but never American productions, not unless it's a porno.

I think the underware sex scens from DA:O are on a pretty decent level. Lets face it, most of the people who purchase ME 3 should have seen thing anyway, 16+.

I expected it from GoT as it was exactly that way in the time setting believe it or not, that's why AC is unrealistic in that department.

As for DA, I didn't play it, but I saw one scene and the ackward moving scene with underwear? yeah, that's how it happens in real life.... two people, hugging in they're underwear. Right.

You can see REAL ****** in a PG-13 movie. You should be able to see animated ****** in an M rated game, but people want to make a big debate about it, **** ain't logical.

Miranda screaming "here's my boobs," much as some of you would enjoy it, is not what the game's about, and can potentially cause some problems for the publisher.  Many of you plan on buying the game either way; it sure as hell isn't a make it or break it measure. I'd be concerned if it was.  But the cost to benefit does not line up.

That's not what I want. I want games to be respected as an entertainment medium, to be allowed to show nudity if they want to without having the risk of Fox News descnding like a pack of jackals.

It's a 15 I really don't see why this is an issue as long as it's appropriate.

Yeah and then five minutes later the thick pee comes out and there's allot of apologizing, that's how sex works.

The main issue is just how much is approriate. Some people think that ME1 did a fine job of obscuring actual nudity and yet implying something actually happened. A few think that ME2 did a better job by not showing any real nudity. More still want to something more like the Witcher 2, with full nudity but still showing a caring scene.

Personally I think that ME1 was damn near perfect so long as they just personalize them a bit.

Kelly getting melted down wasn't that bad. I rather enjoyed it. She was SO annoying...

The colonist was a shame though.

Also, stop trying to make ME3 an interactive porno.

Fox is a pack of jackals. Hell, jackaling is there job! It's sensationalism and they are looking for things to get people pissed off! Idiot parents buy there 8 year old M rated games and then get all pissed when they her their 8 year old may be exposed to nudity! If it wasn't Fox it'd be somebody esle.

I find it odd that they find it perfectly okay to have dog fighting in the game but then don't show even side boob.

I don't care, as I think the taboos about nudity/sex in our society are silly and at the same time am fine with "tasteful" sex scenes of substance. It's the trend of lacking and overtly modest sex scenes that really bothers me.

Why does this subject still come up? You people DO realize it isnt real...right? Most people are all about the story line, combat, or characters. Then you have those "others" that are very interested in this. Well have at it you troopers you!

The game is rated M for mature. Kids who are not old enough to buy M rated games on their should not be taken into consideration as the audience. With that being said, I honestly feel that Bioware should do whatever makes the relationship seem real. If that involves nudity then so be it, but they shouldn't force anything. Nudity should only be in games if it advances something, and makes things seem more genuine.

On a different note, I'm the type of person who cannot understand the hoopla about nudity and sex in America. Everybody has bodily parts that relate to reproduction, but not everybody goes around blowing people's heads off, tearing bodies apart, swearing ad nausem, etc, etc. Sex is certainly less worse than all of those things, so why all the fuss? Why still hold centuries-old Puritanical views on this? It baffles me, quite a bit in fact.

Yeah.... No need to sex up the games any more than they are. That's not why I(and I imagine most mature players) play games, or like Mass Effect.

Story is all it needs. If there were never a sex scene in either game, I wouldn't miss it. The romance is fine the way it is.... Although, they may have gone a bit too far into the interspecies relations, but I'm not complaining.

Goes to show how lost and in denial we are. Humanity as a whole still has a lot of growing up to do, but at every stage we pretend we know everything and how it should be done.

Then someone comes around and smacks everyone on the head, forcing the next evolutionary step towards what some believe to be near godhood (immortality, technoloical advancement, ect.).

Hilarious.... oh wait, we were talking about ME right.

Even people here are falling into the over-reactive bunch! Kill all you like, push people out of windows and light them on fire. But the SECOND someone shows a nipple, it's pornography? Really?

And apparently nudity "isn't mature" either.

I agree. Although I don't understand peoples apparent aversion to nipples, you see jacob's in ME2. As the rating descriptions in the above linked pages states:

"Nudity

Nudity may be allowed in a sexual context but without strong detail. There are no constraints on nudity in a non-sexual or educational context.

Sex

Sexual activity may be portrayed without strong detail. There may be strong verbal references to sexual behaviour, but the strongest references are unlikely to be acceptable unless justified by context. Works whose primary purpose is sexual arousal or stimulation are unlikely to be acceptable."

I think as long as it's well written and dealt with in a mature manner it could be done well.

The fact that you used the term "boobies" makes me incapable of taking this thread seriously.

Grow up. Sex is part of being Human. Don't want it? Don't do it (you have a choice). But don't pretend it's being forced on you.

I didn't say anything about sex in general. Nor did I say it was forced on me. I said it's fine as is.
