After being unable to purchase an electronic version on Steam I headed over to EA (due to advice on this forum) and was able to download the game just fine, but now it's telling me I can't install because "Installer does not support your installed language of Dragon Age: Origins." I have no idea what this means, the language is English, any advice?

All right I have a big issue, I use to have The cd's for dragon age origins and awakening I use to play them just fine until they got all scratch up and stuff. No big deal there i contacted electronic arts and they make me download Origin where i could download my games online. Then the big problem, i had to uninstall what i had, but before i save my dragon age folder. Any ways the first version they gave me work good origins and awakening but it was on german. So i reported it and I had to uninstall the game again and waited til they send a new downloable game at my games at origin so they did, now its in english but can play awakening or where i left off on the game. Every time i try to install awakening it just dont install it says preparing to install and then it goes back to game ready to install. I reported it and they told me to uninstall the origin and then the game. So here i am after i install Origin twice and the Dragon age origins about five times and still can not play or open the awakening. I put the file back from my desktop and replace the one on my documents for dragon age on bio ware and i can use my charachters and all my achivements are there but i can only play the origins. And my blood dragon armor and the stone prisoner got erased to when i try to play any of my saves where i had the dragon armor or the stone prisoner story it tells me that the stone prisoner, blood dragon armer and awakening is missing and if i force load that game i could harmm the game or something like that. What can i do to play it other than keep uninstalling the game and install in it its getting anoying plus it takes almost 2 hrs in my computer to download the origins version

o and by the way it looks like i have two users in here on social.bioware when i logged in with out my characthers they make me redo the whole thing again with my same email and pw whats with that

Im the same one above, MiguelAngelMarquez i use my same pw and email but every time i uninstall dragon age origins i come back with this other profile. ans as you can see if you check both profiles this one does not have my charcthers from origins or my acomplishments. is this probably why i can not install awakening
