Well Humans and Quarians looks similar (Except for the legs, hands and feet) so it's safe to presume that they have similar 'Equipment'

well the ilium quarian lady did say that the reason she couldn't go "natural" on a human was because of cross species fluid contact. So we can assume she doesn't have a pandoras box and everything looks quit invating for natural S E X (apart from the fluids)... damm what are we discussing here
