I have the following problem with my game account: I have recently created a new EA account because I lost my email data, so I created a new but when I try to link my warhammer account, it is still linked to the old email. So I can not log my warhammer account and I can not renew it. I contacted the support service of Mithic, I provided them with all my personal data and credit card number with which I paid the last 2 years of playing, but their response was that I have to call in the U.S. to solve my problem. I live in Italy and my knowledge of English is not sufficient to address a speech in a language that is not mine. How can I get back my game account?

Go to http://support.ea.com/ log in with your new account and click "Contact Us" on the right hand side. Fill out the game title, platform and category (Account/registration) and Sub Category (Account Creation/Changes).

If you are comfortable writing in English you can start a live chat with support then, or you can choose to email the support staff with your problem. I hope this helps.
