I don't know. I would prefer an expansion to kill Hawk. There, the story of my warden would be done.PresidentCowboy wrote...
What issues didn't they solve? Did they not release an expansion where the Warden is in their senior years in a nursing home?

An as far as I'm aware, my warden is still very much ..oh wait I don't know.Lestatman wrote...
As far as I'm aware my Warden is still very much alive and his/her stories is still going on since every time Hawke meets Alistair at the end Teagan says something along the lines that the Hero of Ferelden should be back in Denerim.
I was the king of Ferelden, then I suddenly disappeared with Morrigan. I do not know what happens at this moment, if he is still in good health, how is his son, when he gets out of this world. And what is this world where he is.
How call we this kind of situation for a end of a video game ? A real mess.
So where do you see the warden's story is done ?

Heroes are born all the time let them show us their stories and what they did to make their legacy in the dragon age.

We'll have a new protagonist, that is all what we need to say.

Stop flaming. Hell, that’s also a reason why this forum is divided. I would suggest you leave those supporting the Warden alone and stick to your Hawke.

To sum up : Yes The the story of the warden is done, because of many reasons out of story. But they didn't give us the conclusion for many players. Maybe they will in DA3, but they didn't. So, let's stop pretending blame the fans who have the worst end for a story.

Fair enough i guess people do deserve some closure to their warden. But my point is that the series started out focused on important events that occured in the dragon age from the point of views of heroes that helped shape it, i feel as if we should not be focusing on one hero but be more focused on what actually goes on in the dragon age and which direction the story of how its told is going.
At this point i'm more interesed in Thedas then any hero and want to see its story.

It mentioned a witch ( clearly Morrigan ) standing in front of a burning barn, if you look back at the Destiny trailer flashbacks there is a burning barn/house there. Just a thought, I could be wrong.

Have to ask. When you say they presented an image of Morrigan. Was it Morrigan with the DA:O model or an updated model for future games?,... or was it just some artwork?...
Thanks for the info!
It was art, not in-game. It looked awesome though. She was hooded, walking away from a burning building of some kind. I was too busy losing my sh!t to catch too many details.
Edit: and yay for not reading the posts between that one and the end.

thanks for sharing Op.
Hurray ! hip hip hurray, victory :happy:3) Player Customization – Bioware is fully aware
that players want to be able to customize their companion’s armor and
appearance, and it looks to be coming back. Briefly shown on the
screen was a shot of Meryll in an entirely new suit of armor with head,
chest, hand, and foot slots unlocked. I think it would be a real
challenge to implement as DLC, so we may have actually seen a quick
glimpse of DA3 or perhaps an unannounced expansion pack.
So first Area for DA3 : art style : disappointed. Deal with it, if the others areas rock.
Second Area : Customization : happy
Third area : Choices and consequences : Happy
Story : Morrigan, Orlais, The world truly at war this time, the return of grey wardens, no hawk and new protagonist, returns of origins. Mmhhh Its smells good in this area too.
Next please !!!!
