I recently picked up "Dragon Age: Origins (Ultimate Edition). This edition, supposedly, comes with all the available official DLC. So, anyhow, I installed the game from the disks and then logged on to this site and redeemed them. I can see them as downloadable as stand-alone content.
The two questions I have are this:
1. How do I know if I have the DLC installed? And does the DLC come on the disks? In the future, will I always need to log on to the internet to play the DLC or could I download the "stand alone" files and put them on some CDs in case Bioware stops offering support for the games? To simplify: How do I know if I have the DLC? 2. Is there a way to save the DLC in such a way that I won't have to login to Bioware to activate them all again?

Look under your installed content tab to see what DLC is installed (under the downloadable content menu). If you have not downloaded the content, it should appear under your available content in the same menu for download. If you have difficulty with this, please see the solutions round-up thread pinned to the top of this forum. BioWare has stated that they will patch out the authorization requirement when they officially stop supporting the DLC. You can save the dazips for future reinstall. Once DLC has authorized once on a single install, you can play logged out and not have to re-authorize. It will need to be re-authorized for each new install until they patch out that requirement.
