Also, Cerberus is in the buisness of advancing humanity.

No, Cerberus is in the buisness of advancing itself.

People have a hard time with the idea that a group that is made up of humans isn't by definition 'humanity'. How many human dictators have there been that wanted to put themselves on top without having to answer to anyone and do whatever they wanted to do? Giving Cerberus advanced technology given their record and the fact TIM lies and decieves you multiple times in the game is not only wrong its insane.

You are proven wrong multiple times trough the game. Cerberus manipulates events to get best results for humantiy. Why do you think they leak technology and info to the SA?
And multiple times? What multiple times? The only time TIM witheld info (which is not the same as a lie) is the Collector ship.

Point me at something Cerberus did that didn't end up helping humanity.

Akuze.

Hurr Durr Cerberus gained valuable information about how to hurt people with Maw acid.
CERBERUS FORAVAHH!!!!! Durr Hurr.

Given that you don't know what the research was about, and what came out of it, you can't really say.

No, it's a deviation from what I'd prefer. I believe the Council as it stands is better than any sort of single-species hegemony for my purposes.

What are your purposes?

After the justicar anomaly is removed, which seems like it could happen naturally soon enough, Thessian culture seems to be the most advantageous for galactic coexistence. Spreading it and removing the concept of monospecies government would be the most ideal; I want to see all species blend with each other. Ultimately, it won't matter who's in charge of the government because it can represent everyone.

At the very least Akuze demonstrated Cerberus' uncanny ability to lead the Alliance into deadly traps. Poor sods have never stood a chance. Cerberus runs literal circles around them.

Every single experiment they've run, with the one exception being bringing Shepard back.

How do you figure that? Thessian culture is engineered in such a way to promote the asari and undermine everyone else. The asari I will remind you are no less violent than any other race. They're just less organized.

You can't blend the other species together because they will always be separate species. They will always identify more with their own kind. They will always prefer, for the most part, to be around their own kind.

You're chasing a pipe dream, Xilizhra. Albeit, I do have ideas about how you'd be able to achieve it. What you want and what I wan't aren't all that different. However I have a very different means in mind for achieving it.

So you like villians.
Well that whole "We can't beat the Reapers" nonsense really makes sense now.

But the reapers just...aren't sympathetic.

Thrawn was sympathetic.

Hell even Sauron could potentially be sympathetic.

But not the Reapers.

Well, in that case I'll just stick to defeating the Reapers and hope things work out. I can't make all of these changes myself in any case.

Oh? Like their biotic experiments? That ended up giving human biotic powers and making htem stronger?
Like their technology research that they regularly leak to the SA?

Cerberus behavior is pretty consistent. Strengthening humanity.

I agree. I don't sympathize with them, but I think there might be merits to their way of life.

It's still not my first choice. I'd defeat them if I could.

Maybe you should switch your callousness towards innocent species and your sympathy for the genocidal enemies around.

Be a little less callous to your fellow peers and more callous towards the enemies of the galaxy. Maybe then people won't think you're a psychopath.

Cerberus' treatment of humanity is analogous to the salarians' treatment of the krogan prior to the Rebellions. Only a matter of time until SHTF.

No I'm not the Reapers harvest different species and make new bodies because their old ones get old. Have you noticed how virtually all the Reapers look exactly the same?

Only the outer shell. It's what's on the inside that counts.

What's on the inside is what's on the shell the specie used in its construction. Entirely new bodies are created for each cycle like the Human Reaper we see. It is a brand new Reaper, and with the amount of human past being pumped into the body its more than just the shell.

The fact all the Reapers look the same is evidence they only keep the new bodies until the next cycle. Then they build new ones and scrap the old ones, just like they do to our technology they harvest that too to get rid of the old bodies with the physically old technology. The best your great legacy will give us is a 50,000 years of a vagely human looking fleet of Reapers siting in dark space doing nothing waiting for another signal. Wow what an amazing legacy you want humanity to have.

If you think that the torture and eventual death of many small children to make one mentally unstable biotic helps humanity, then yes, they help humanity. I just disagree.

The Reapers looking the same isn't evidence of anything. It's the core programs that run the construct that matter.

Notice the lack of appreciable differences in the thought process.
