That's harsh.:lol:It also doesn't make sense to me either. It's not like she's incompetent right?Dariustwinblade wrote...
If someone like Ashley can be a Specter. Than being specter dosent seem like a big deal.
Should Garrus become a Spectre at some point in ME3?

It's harsh but true. When I review the missions she was on that are known I think she is a bit incompetent. She does well under proper Leadership but solo as a Spectre ? Doesn't seem right. Garrus calls out tacical info as you fight he's ready. Anywho.jreezy wrote...

I think he would be a great Spectre but the fact that he dropped out of Spectre training the first (second?) time around really wouldn't work in his favour.

Garrus could be the exception. Not only does he have great leadership skills but he definitely has great survival instincts which I think is even more important.phosphene wrote...
we haven't met a turian spectre who hasn't DIED yet, so NO.

Spectres don't go through training. Garrus was under consideration, along with a **** load of other candiates.darthnick427 wrote...

The three people that deserve to be Spectres, based on their performance, tactical, and history, are Garrus, Miranda, and Jacob in that order.

Garrus doesn't aim when he shoots, he wills targets to enter the path of his bullet!
Garrus can shoot eight bullets out of a six gun!
Big secret: Garrus doesn't use bullets- he just says, "bang" and his target dies from fright!
Garrus doesn't wear armor to protect himself; he wears armor to keep his awesomeness from warping reality.
Garrus' eye piece is really a scouter designed to find someone as badass as he is; only Shepherd and Chuck Norris ever pinged it.
Hmm... Garrus and Norris; coincidence?
Then again, Chuck Norris' tears cure cancer while Garrus' tears EAT REAPERS!!!!
"Garrus Vakarian" translated to English as "ultimate badass sex god and lord of death." In reality, English lacks enough awesomeness to adequately translate.
Look up "bad ass" in a human dictionary and you get a picture of Shepard. Attempting to place Garrus' picture in a Turian dictionary lead to an implosion of coolness that created the first Mass Relay.

Now, imagine if calibrations were part of the criteria for Spectre induction....

I would like it to be one possible ending to Garrus' story.
I agree...as much as I really like Garrus and would hate to see it happen, if there's a chance he could be made a Spectre there should be an equal chance that he gets killed in the course of the Game.
It would be nice if Garrus' story ended in one of two ways, seeing as how throughout the trilogy we have been able to push him in one of two directions. One could lead, ultimately, to a death (no doubt heroic and tragic) whilst the other would see him finding his place in the Galaxy.

I think Jacob would make a better Spectre candidate than Garrus or the VS.
I agree. In ME2 only Shepard has a better resume. Of course I'm biased but who isn't.

EDIT: When I told BW shep really needs a spector to work with who he can relate to and who doesn't try to kill him I didn't mean get someone from the old team to be a spector I meant just introduce a brandnew guy whose a long time spector to help shep out and be his mirror. For instance another Turian would've done fine giving us one who lives the whole game (unlike Nhilus) and doesn't want to kill us (like Saren) would've been just great for me.
