Please forgive my ignorance here!...having a convo with a friend and this question came up!
IS prc the only one too add classes,particularly the amount of them with feats and spells and all?
And is there a quick plug in I can bolt onto a small mod,that enables players online too log in and get xp from 1-40 too test out builds against the critters in said small online Mod?
Is Prc the only Hak too add classes?/and lvl-er Q

AFAIK PRC Pack is the largest, but there are also other class/spell packs on the Vault.
You can setup a small testing module (I would recommend Pretty Good Character Creator / Customizer) with PRC installed, but ConvoCC (component that allows usage of PRC classes/races from lvl 1) configuration is a bit tricky for someone without any experience with Toolset.
