Every time I try and add points to my account I get an error Code: NU2010
Any idea what this means and/or what can be done about it?
Can't add points to my Bioware Account?

I had the same problem. Try to purchase with paypal, it worked fine for me.

I had the same problem. You can purchase points through the Origin store and it will add the points to your account. However, I then had another problem purchasing DLC with the points and I had to contact EA tech support. They are very helpful -
Go to the Origin store and purchase the points there. If you still have issues contact them.

FYI, there are three forums handling different aspects of business. This one is for help with the web site's software, such as choosing bad passwords with non alphanumerics in it. The Points forum is specifically about buying, crediting, and using the points. The store forum is about using the store.
