So, my Xbox wasn't connected to the internet and I loaded up Mass Effect 2, and it said a bunch of my DLC was corrupt.

However, when I connected to the internet and pulled the game up again, the message didn't pop up.

So did my Xbox just make a mistake there or could there still be a problem with my DLC?

I don't want to redownload all of it, but I also don't want my save file to get messed up or something.

Edit: To clarify, I was logged onto my Gamertag, but I wasn't connected to the internet.

Links in sig.

It sounds like your Gamertag isn't correctly associated with your 360. I assume you've done the content license transfer (though that means I am assuming you have had a change of 360 at some point); so try recovering your Gamertag. That should properly link the various things together correctly which in turn allows you to game offline.

Well, I usually game online, so my question was if I can safely keep playing or if I should redownload all the DLC.

I'm assuming that if it's not giving me a notice that the DLC is corrupt, then it's ok now?

As I stated above, what you described is typical of a Gamertag not being correctly associated with your 360; hence my advice. Your dlc doesn't sound as if it truly corrupt (otherwise you wouldn't be able to use it all), and if you continue to game online then there shouldn't be a problem; it will crop up again if you try to game offline though.

The advice was free. You may follow it or reject it as you see fit.
