Trying to add points, I keep getting an error message, Code: NU200. Any ideas what's going on?

I had this problem yesterday. I switched to a different type of card and that solved the problem.

Really? Bugger. Only have the one credit card.

Tried with a Visa, and no joy. I wonder is it because I'm in France using an Irish card.

I was using Discover. So I switched it to Mastercard and that worked. It could be if you try later today they will have the problem fixed. They could be having issues with whoever processes their cards or if your card is going to expire soon (example: expire within the next month) then some companies wouldn't except the card.

Well there's a year left to run on the card. May as well just try again when I'm back in Ireland.

Card? I can't even choose a credit card! It just brings me to the "choose your payment method page" minus the payment meathods!! They're all invisible! And when I click on one of the "continue" buttons(which are also dark like there not able to be activated) It tells me a "general error accured". What in the world is a "general error".
Does any one have this problem?
Is anyone friends enough with Bioware to get them to answer my messages?
Can anyone help me?!

My basic situation is this:
I'm operating out of China.
Using a Promo Card I got with my game, bought in America.
My internet is using a VPN signal to "hook up" with an American one.
I was never asked any credit card information.
The DLC's that came with the card work.
The Game works.
I am not using any MODs, unless you count the DLCs that came with the card.
My Game was purchased about two months ago.
I have downloaded the "newest" patch off of the Bioware website, and it seems to be working.

There is an entire forum on the site for Points problems.  (Edit: Well, once again I've jumped the gun here.  We really do need an option to delete our own posts!  Interestingly, I see that the entire thread has been moved from where it was, to where it belonged in the first place, in the few minutes since I wanted to delete my unnecessary comment.)

Ok, it doesn't seem like anyone else has my preaviously mentioned problem. Do you have any other ideas "xkg" or "DanKAL". I'd really apreciate it!

PS. I also tried buying points from the EA store like "EA_AgentX" suggested, but they rejected my order for no reason other than, "Your transaction could not be completed."
I susspect it's because I'm in China but if you guys have any ideas I sure could use them.

It won't accept either of my cards, both different and accepted everywhere nearly (Visa, Mastercard) and Origins is a fail bc my country of billing is not an option, at least where I currently am and I can't seem to change it. Would be nice if my cards would just simply work
