I have strange "accel" issue. It is not realy mouse accelerate. Because true accel looks like: move mouse faster - faster cursor moving.

But there:
1) move mouse slowly - character turns around on ~360 degrees (looks like usually accel)
2) medium speed - character turns around on ~720 degrees (same)
3) fast speed - character turns around on ~200 degrees (WTF?)

In game menu mouse works without any accel.

I do not have this problem in native PC games like TF2, BF2 etc.

I tested two mouses: intellimouse explorer 1.1 and A4 750-BF. They both have the same problem.

Vsync - off

Windows XP sp3.

My first thought is your video card can't handle the rapid change in graphics so it doesn't move as much when moving fast. What are your machine specs and what resolution are your trying to run.
If you turn down the resolution and graphics does it make a difference?

PS: Antec TruePower Quattro 1000W
MB: GA-MA790XT-UD4P
CPU: AMD Phenom II X4 955
Memory: PC3-10600 Kingston 2GB x 2
Video: MSI Radeon HD 5770 1GB

I play on 1152*864 res, but i tried 800*600 with same problem. I turn off all weight options in "BioEngine.ini" like "bUsePostProcessEffects" etc.

FPS on normandy 80-120. Video card usage 25-30% (monitoring by MSI Afterburner)
FPS on travel space map ~150 and here i have this problem too! It is very annoying to drag mouse slowly from planet to planet, because if i move it fast cursor almost does not move.

LOL(just watched your videos), just went and checked my game and if you move the mouse fast from side to side like in your last video it will just about make you sick with the rapid blur of images flying across the screen. There is a definite issue between your mice and the game.......

My rig is actually pretty similar to yours, in a Phenom II x4, with a MSI Radeon 6950, but running Win7(now) and 1920x1080 (16:9) widescreen. So I know the game will do it, now we just need to get your game to.

Updates?? Have you updated the game to 1.02?
Have you tried a different resolution outside of the standard 4:3 such as a 1920x1080?
What is your mouse sensitivity set to in game input options?? My current level is 35, just for info.
Does anything show up odd in the config utility??

But i tried two different mice with same results.

I tested 1280*720(16:9), 1152*864(4:3), Vsync on/off, window mode on/off,
i even plug-in my old ATI Radeon X1900 but no any changes... again.

Game version 1.02.

My mouse sens 25, tried 100 - ofc mouse start runing like crazy at the average speed, but everything else still the same.

Default cfg do not helps too.

Nothing strange in config utility.

Are the mice wired or wireless?
Is there a config program for them or is it just basic driver installed?
Have you tried reinstalling and repatching the game?

Itellimouse explorer 1.1 and A4 750-BF both wire.
Basic driver for A4 750-BF and last driver for microsoft Itellimouse explorer 1.1(driver date 18.05.2011) with intelipoint program (this is native microsoft program for this mouse and it was integrated in control panel).

I made full game reinstall (delete with cfg and saves), but it not helps anyway.

Plug USB or PS/2 - no difference.

This vid is better than previous

Ok, I have no clue.

Guess would be an interfernece between some setting in your mouse control and ME. If you ever do figure it out let us know, because I hate things that can't be fixed when they should.
