I would probably play Soldier first just so i get used to the updated combat system
and to see which weapons im comfortable with
So what's the very first class you're going to play once you get your hand on ME3?

maybe soldier as well, mostly to see if its not as boring as it was in ME2, but if it is boring as I fear then Ill try sentinel probably the first class I would end the game with.

My main Shep will always be the best first to be played. So It would happy to be Adept.

Soldier or Vanguard

I want my class to carry over rather than start from scratch, just pick up new abilities/powers along the way.

I usually try and go for a pretty 'baseline' experience for my first playthrough. So probably soldier.

My canon Shepard is vanguard, so I'll be playing that one first.

Definitely my Paragon Engineer

Vanguard of course.

Vanguard all the way. The perfect way to test out the newer, more dynamic movements is close combat as only a Biotic charge and shotgun can provide.

Probably take my secondary Sentinel through with sole intention of killing everything with melee attacks... and yes that does include the Atlas Mechs and Reapers if they think they can come and have a go if they think their hard enough!
Then once I've worked out what decisions in ME3 can make things worse for Shepard, I'll take my main Sentinel through on Insanity with same intention in mind (killing stuff with melee) but also making the worse decisions possible because that's my worse playthrough Shepard

My infiltrator. He will enjoy the stealth kills.

The other classes can now use the Revenant, too. I'll be using my paragon/Sentinel. I lubs me some Tech Armor.

Sentinel, since you apparently will lose all the import bonuses if you switch classes (not a good move, BioWare) in ME3, and we'll see from there.

Vanguard first, maybe second too. I have to see what a modded to the max shotgun can do after charge., along with whatever CQC strikes I can use to finish an enemy off.

I started Soldier on the last two, so I'll start Soldier on this one, too... on Casual mode like the last two times, as well, just to get the feel for the basics.
Then I'll move on to the casters to get a feel for techs and biotics and then the hybrids and finally I will Vanguard it to Insanity.

Infiltrator, and vanguard. What's the point in changing classes if it will force you to start at level one?

My first and "true" Shep is a Vanguard.

Well I'm importing a Soldier so, Soldier.

Well, my one and only finished ME2 game is an Infiltrator, but I plan on doing what I did when I bought Mass Effect 1 and 2 and play all games back-to back over a week or two using a new save, so I'm not sure. I don't like playing biotic Shepard or soldier Shepard, so It'll either be an engineer or another Infiltrator. I think I'm leaning towards infiltrator at this point.
