I finished Origins with all the DLC content and when I imported that character for the Witch Hunt campaign, my content (Yusaris sword) from Soldier's Peak didn't cross over..... Is there anyway I can get it back?

Short of re-importing using a mod that keeps it in inventory or using the console to re-spawn it, no.
