Anyways, real lists (all are in no particular order):

Use in in-game combat:

(All three are biotics who complement my 100% Paragon Vanguard Shepard very well)

Who I would actually want on a team IRL:

• Garrus
• Legion
• Samara

(Why these three?
Garrus as a fellow paragon soldier who wants to fight the good fight and grab beers afterward
Legion ... doesn't have to worry about emotions and has shown itself to be fairly reasonable ... also because Legion admires Commander Shepard - otherwise, it wouldn't be wearing the N7 shoulder piece
Samara because of her centuries of experience and devotion to the Jedi Justicar code)

For a bad-ass hardcore renegade team who all genuinely love killing for killing's sake (that sounded so wrong):

• Grunt
• Wrex
• Zaeed

To borrow the elcor way of speaking: [Spoken like Ah-nuld or Rambo] YEAH BABY HULK SMASH!  LOL 2 hardass toughened Krogans + 1 stone-cold Mercenary Commander ... BRING IT ON TOUGH GUYS

Commander Adama Anderson, EDI/Joker, Jacob, Liara,  Matriarch Benezia,  Saren, the Vigil AI, TIM (for trying to help)

Most disliked characters:
Umm ... TIM (for being the leader of a terrorist organization), Garm (FU*K YOU), YMIR mech (AND YOU), Harbinger (YOU TOO) ... along with any enemy that uses pyro weapons or are in un-CHARGEable locations
