Hey there just got a quest to go to Old well to rescue an emissary  from Old well(thieves quest line),Soon as i enter the area there is a gnome how starts talking to you.I ask him to join me and game crashes.What gives???

Can anyone help me with this problem??;I am runing Vista 64bit,have all exspansions and updates but this is 2nd time game crashed(frist time i got help form I_Rasp),and error message is "windows stoped working".I updated DirectX,tried to run game as admi.,and have updated .netframework
