Harder Battle of Denerim? (Possible Mod Request)

Hi, I was wondering if anyone knows if there is a mod that buffs up the difficulty of the final mission in DAO: the Battle of Denerim. I have unfortunately gotten to the point where nightmare is no longer challenging enough to make the experience challenging. 

I am not looking to merely make it harder by tweaking stats and making the enemies more dangerous or powerful. Instead I am looking for a mod that would make it so that there are simply more enemies in every area.

Please Note: I have searched through Dragon Age Nexus and Bioware's Social Network and have not been able to find anything of the sort. If anyone has any suggestions, I would greatly appreicate being pointed that way :D


My idea:
One way that I think the battle could be tweaked is by having more waves of Darkspawn sent at you throughout the mission. The fight at the alienage to me is a great example of where this could work really well. Having more waves of enemies thrown at you has the added benefits of A) extending the length of the fights B) making the battles seem more hectic C) giving more of a sense of scale to how big the battle of Denerim is supposed to be and D) making the final part of the game more challenging.

An Idea I had was that the waves of enemies could be successively more difficult, increasingly featuring more elite level enemies, like Ogres, Hurlock Vanguards etc. If possible, the waves could also have random mobs of weaklings to add to the unpredictability of the combat.

ANYWAY, if anyone knows of a mod like this or likes my idea and wants to run wild with it, let me know and I look forward to the carnage.




P.S. I cannot emphasize enough how much I greatly have enjoyed playing the battle of Denerim over and over again. To me it is one of the most enjoyable experiences I can get out of any video game. As such, it would be incredible to be able to get more mileage out of it and also have a unique challenge in DAO in again.

I think the initial "Gates" area is flagged as a one-hit kill area in the Area spreadsheet. You can probably create a new GDA to at least make the darkspawn scale - might have a few uncontrolled companion deaths though.
