my favorite by far are the salarians because i can trust most of them due to there natural innocence which helps me decide on sparing them much more easily than batarians  . 
and some salarians have great one  liners just like on that panet were u can kill wrex everybody remembers that great speach the salarian commander made towards his troops. mordin is pretty interesting and says some great lines and has great morals .like how he can deal with things the hard way or the easy way but doesnt like to do it the hard way 
a great example is when he attempts to blow his students brains out but if you paragon him  hell stop and say"no...not a muderer"
i couldve sworn you had a salarian squad member in ME1 did you? becuse i cant seem to find any trace of him on wiki

my least favorite are the batarians , there so ugly and annoying . they always have it out for me , and im pretty sure there is not a single pure hearted batarian in all of the mass effect universe

I cant stand the volus Smug and that breathing thing gets annoying after 2 seconds crazy to think our shepard can determine the fate of a entire species and that could be based on wheter we like them or not

my least favourate is the vorcha

they seem the least developed race and the only thing i have to go by is that they are are the scum of most of the universe

Favourite are the Krogan because they're tough and I always seem to like the big tough dudes in all games.

Favorite- Turians. Their militaristic culture is interesting, and as a race they're very tough. I wish I knew more about their culture and societies.

Least- That's a hard one, can I say vorcha like most others?

I am not actually a fan of humanity in this game.

My favorite by far would have to be the Turians. They are a confusing race with many facets that reflect humanity as well as something extra, something we lack.

Favorite: I'd say quarians, since they have a rather unique society.
Least favorite: I'd say krogans, since I just plain don't like warlike races, even though I don't have anything against them personally.

I really like the Turians. Asari are probably the least favourite, they look too human. I'd still bang Liara, though.

Favorite: hanar and geth. They come across as the most alien of the aliens, especially in mindset, and I find that fascinating. Salarians are pretty cool too.

Least favorite: Not sure I have one, but I pay less attention to the quarians than the other races. I don't feel strongly about them one way or the other.

Ahh you fell right into Mordin's little illusion: "Advantage of being Salarian. Krogan, Turian, Vorcha, all obvious threat. *Sniff* Never see me coming"

I don't really have a favorite race, I like most races apart from the batarians and vorcha. I would say krogan as well but Wrex is simply too awesome to still have hate for the krogan. I'm neutral about the Hanar and Elcor because they're so useless... Volus too I guess but they invented a galaxy wide banking system, making them move useful than the Hanar and Elcor.
