Least favorite.. hm, that's more difficult. Saying "vorcha" or "Reapers" feels like a cop-out to me, Idk. xD

ALL MUST DIE: Batarians

Hanar and geth. Because they are interesting, and reasonably alien species.
Least favorite:
Asari. Implausibly omnisexual blue space babes.
(Note that I like some individual asari well. I just hate the species concept.)

My least favorite is a hard one. I don't like the Vorcha or the Batarians, but they were designed to be disliked, so they do their job well. I don't like the way that the Drell were thrown into Mass Effect 2 without any reference to them in Mass Effect 1. "They were here all along- you just never heard about or saw them!"

Hated: Batarians. They were introduced to the game as a race to be hated and damn-did Bioware ever do a good job of that! From the terrorist Balak in ME1 to the delusional preacher on Omega in ME2, the batarians can never seem to stop pissing me the f*** off. Even in my paragon playthrough, I killed every damn batarian I had the option to kill. Blaming the batarian government or humanity for the "blight" of the batarian people is a convenient excuse; they are a race of vermin and I can't wait until they get wiped out by the Reapers.

Favorite: Krogan -- great warrior culture; primitive, but they stick to their ideals: a concept that most humans should be able to understand and respect, even in 2185.
Least favorite: Tie between vorcha and quarians -- vorcha are too simple minded; something that the evoutionary process should take care of on its own, eventually. Quarians are communistic and cultish. Un-Amurrrrrkan.
Vorcha have no need to evolve as a species since the individual evolves independently.. so yea Vorcha are stuck like that for ever.

Least Favorite: Asari. They're just too close to humans to be believable. In addition, they are fetishist fantasies made flesh. I like some of them, but the race as a whole is cheese.

Least Favourite - Batarians = I hate them because they are a race that has been enslaving people since they became Space-Faring, and also THEY ATTEMPTED to destroy a planet (Which was more than likely a 'Black Operation' made by the Batarian Hegemony)

Most Favourite - Quarians = They are my fave because they are like a tight-knit community where everyone looks out for each other (And also because their lullaby's might be quite soothing)

my favorite by far are the salarians because i can trust most of them due to there natural innocence which helps me decide on sparing them much more easily than batarians .
and some salarians have great one liners just like on that panet were u can kill wrex everybody remembers that great speach the salarian commander made towards his troops. mordin is pretty interesting and says some great lines and has great morals .like how he can deal with things the hard way or the easy way but doesnt like to do it the hard way
a great example is when he attempts to blow his students brains out but if you paragon him hell stop and say"no...not a muderer"
i couldve sworn you had a salarian squad member in ME1 did you? becuse i cant seem to find any trace of him on wiki
my least favorite are the batarians , there so ugly and annoying . they always have it out for me , and im pretty sure there is not a single pure hearted batarian in all of the mass effect universe
The behaviour of each species isn't completely determined by some genectic behaviours which dictate "natural innocence" and "pure hearted" as much as i hate the Batarian government and will give them the least help in ME3, the Batarians are no more evil than the Salarians as a whole....
Favourite Species - Humans, our victory over the Turians during the First Contact war using untested weapon/ship designs against tech/ship designs that have been tried and proven over many wars is an indicator that we deserve our position on the council.
Least Favourite Species - ..... Asari and Hanar are the two species i dislike, imagine what Einstein, Hawking or any number of great scientists could accomplish in a thousand year life span.... the Asari are a dissappointment while the Hanar are just a joke.

Yeah! Screw the fans! All species should be ugly and barely able to communicate with humans!

Least favorite would have to be vorcha. They are just revolting, and I haven't met one yet in the game that has any redeeming qualities.

Touchy... and yes, Aliens should find us ugly too and not similar although communication shouldn't be a problem because there are more ways to communicate than just verbally. the Asari seem like they are just made for male teen/young adults who need more than just an interesting story to "attract" them to the game.

Favorites:
Asari (wise, live for over 1000 years so you know they have some experience under their belts, they are peacefull and warlike... i love that they have a range of personality, and yes I would dump my GF for a blue woman any day of the week)
Geth (i love how they have a different perception on existence, their point of view of "treating each race like one's own is actually racist" Legion makes a good point with that, each race is different and needs to be treated with the societal norms that they are accustomed to... you cant treat Geth like Humans, Volus, or Kroagan for example, I like how they all agree to sacrifice for the better good of their race... true Marxism in a way where the decision is voulntary... not like communism where it is forced upon you)
Salrians ( I love their quick wits, funny anecdotes, and how curious they are... in no way are they innocent but they remind me of my self a bit... thinking of every possible angle, and result when thinking of a situation... short lifespan makes me sad a little)
Least liked species:
Volus ( WTF, whos idea was it to put Jawas with an eating dissorder in this game?!.... J/K but honestly I do not like their mercantile attitude towards life.... you cant buy EVERYTHING.... certainly not respect.... especially if I can slice a hole in your pressure suit and your skin splits open and your organs explode.... I hate their attitudes and their shady behaviors..... other than Niftu Cal he was cool.... specifically when he said "I can smell my greatness... FEAR ME!")
Reapers ( Space-****s, enough said, welcome to Castle Wolfenstein in the year 2187 )
Batarians ( they support Slavery and try to justify it... WTF.... I know it may be a part of their culture but we can beat that cultural difference out of them just like the North did to the South in the Civil War )
Vorcha ( I dont like the Vorcha because BioWare actually managed to design a race of being that it is ok to discriminate against, in fact if the Vorcha had a seat on the Citadel Council I am sure the universe would go to hell, I love how the Codex refers to them as a pestilence, I kinda expected a little more from our Northern neighboors, I am sure if a Canuk ever beat my ass he would buy me a beer afterwards, the design of the Vorcha shows me a darker side of you guys than before, I no longer can trust you guys ROFL )
on a side note:
I could never be friends with a Hannar because all I could ever think about would be "MMMM Fried Calamari"
I dont mind the Yogh because he reminded me of the Kingpin from Spiderman... totally appropriate as SB

One guess which races I'm letting the reapers wipe out.
