So I know that the Bioware website explicitly says that the game will not support Intel GMA, however according to this website, DAO should have no problem running on my laptop:

I have looked through the forum and gotten very conflicting reports on whether it would be possible to run DA:O on my laptop, mind giving me some input?

Processor Speed: 2.3 GHz

It may run on very low graphical settings. The biggest problem is likely to be heat. Laptops rarely have sufficient cooling for the kind of continuous CPU and GPU usage that happens in gaming, particularly with this game. That sort of heat can permanently damage hardware. My husband runs the game on a similarly spec'd MacBook pro, but has serious heat issues after about an hour of play even with a cooling pad.
